Dax & George ROUTINE
In the morning Dax and George wake up around 7 am (sometimes 7:30 and 8 am if you are lucky or if they stay up late).
George is NOT ALLOWED to have any human food - no feeding from the table - no food expect his own
7:30 am : Garden tour (bathroom)
7:45 am: Dax pills (you have to open his mouth and put the pills inside - or trick him with having the pills in a piece of cheese or meat which is easier)
7:45 am/ 8 am: Food - Breakfast (Dax eats half a can of his special food and half a cup of his special dry food) (George eats half a cup of Costco food / half of the go proteins) (if it’s already mixed fill up the bowl) Dax and George can’t eat in the same room - George will eat Dax’s food.
George and Dax are on a strict diet - please make sure they eat most of the breakfast they have
9:00 am Walk/ Garden (30 min) (Dax needs to be on leash at ALL TIMES) he doesn’t do well with other dogs. Most times it’s better to walk George by himself
George needs to heel (stay close to you when you walk - on the side walk on tight leash) he is wearing his dog walk harness.
George sleeps most of the day (16 hours)
George loves to play and walk (he can have 3 walks a day (30 minutes each)
Dax only needs one walk a day and loves to sleep on beds
Afternoon (George should have a small walk) or play in the Garden
5:30/ 45 pm : Food time (Dax eats half a can of his special food and half a cup of his special dry food) (George eats half a cup of Costco food / half of the go proteins) (if it’s already mixed fill up the bowl) Dax and George can’t eat in the same room - George will eat Dax’s food.
6:30/ 7 p.m George should have a small walk (30 min)
9:30/10/ 11 p.m Bed time! They love to sleep in the same room as someone! George loves to cuddle and his needs his big avocado to fall asleep
